Garlic Shrimp with Sauteed Mushrooms and Broccoli



Ingredients:

1 tbsp olive oil   
3 cloves garlic, minced
3/4tsp sweet paprika
1/3 cup dry sherry
salt, to taste
3/4 lb cleaned shrimp (peeled)

Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the garlic and saute for a minute or two being careful not to let the garlic burn. Add the paprika and stir for another minute. Increase the heat and add the sherry. When the mixture comes to a boil, add the shrimp.

Stir and flip the shrimp as they cook. They will cook very quickly, so take care not to overcook them. Mine were done in about 2 minutes.  

This recipe couldn't be any easier!
