Braised Garlic Bok Choy and Fried Egg
Stir-fried Bok Choy:
-4 Bok Choy (quarterd)
-1 Tb oil
-1 clove Garlic (sliced or chopped)
1/2-1 tsp sugar
-2 Tb water
1/2-1 tsp sesame oil
1/2-1 tsp soy sauce
1 Tb oyster sauce
Heat a wok over a high heat, add the oil to coat. Add the garlic and stir fry for 30 seconds.
Add the bok choy and stir fry for 1 minute. Sprinkle over the sugar, and pour in water, toss everything to combine.
Bring the wok to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer covered for 3 minutes or until the bok choy is tender.
Finally add the sesame oil and oyster sauce, stir it through until everything is coate.
