Dragon Fruit Sorbet





Ingredients: (1-2 servings)

-1 Dragon fruit
-1/2-1 Tb lime/lemon juice
-1/2 C water
-1-2 Tb Sugar

-Cut the dragon fruit in half. Scoop out the flesh.
-Place the pulp in the blender along with the water, lime juice and sugar. Pulse until smooth.
-Pour into an ice cream maker and churn until frozen.

This was a great and refreshing way to cool down after all this heat we have been having!
