Ingredients (1 portion)
- 1 Salmon fillet (6oz)
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1/2 T hot water
- 1/2 T miso paste (I used white)
- 1 T soy sauce (low-sodium)
- pepper
Directions:
- Whisk marinade ingredients together
- Make sure your piece of salmon is dry by patting it with a paper towel
- grind some pepper on each side of the salmon
- spray a piece of foil and place over a baking sheet, add salmon and spoon the marinade on top of the fish
- broil for 6-10 minutes
try teriyaki too!
